Payout Process: Performance Bonuses will be paid out monthly, usually 1-2 weeks after the previous month has completed. For example, bonuses earned for parties hosted in September will be paid out in mid October.

Performance Bonus

💵 $25 bonus for each 9 or 10 score on the Instructor Satisfaction question of our customer feedback surveys, OR, for each positive Yelp review that mentions your name & is visible on our Yelp page. In December, we pay out based on the December Onsite Events Bonus below.

NOTE: YOU MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS TO EARN THAT MONTH'S BONUS:

<aside> 🤝 No major customer complaints or event issues that cost the company

</aside>

<aside> ⏲️ 0 times backing out of previously-committed events within 7 days of the event date

<aside> 🖥️ 75% compliance with responding to PTT emails/texts & painting supply forms within 1 day

</aside>

<aside> 🖥️ 90% compliance of uploading event photos, mileage (for onsite) within 24 hours of event

</aside>

<aside> 🎨 Used coupon at Michaels (if needed), otherwise price difference will be deducted from bonus

December Onsite Events Bonus

💵 In lieu of our usual monthly feedback bonus, we offer a December bonus based on events taken! This applies to 2 or more Onsite Events hosted in December, for instructors hired before Nov. 1: $30 total bonus for leading 2 events during this time frame, $60 total bonus for leading 4 total events, $90 total bonus for leading 6 events, $120 total bonus for leading 8 events, OR if leading 10+ events: extra $20 per event.
