Arrival Times for Setup

Arrive early to get set up before the party starts. Don’t worry, we’ll pay you for this! “Assistants” below refer to either PTT artist(s) or customer volunteer(s) to assist you with setup and clean up.
Please refer to the early arrival time noted in the Google Calendar, as that should be most updated! But here are also general guidelines below:
- 8-24 people: 30 minutes early (or 20 minutes early if 8-12 people)
- 25-34 people: 45 minutes early
- 35-44 people: 55 minutes early
- 45-60 people: 60-80 minutes early if solo, or 45 min early with 1 assistant
- 61-80 people: 75 min early with 1 assistant, or **45 min early with 2 assistants
- 81-99 people: 1.5 hrs early with 1 assistant, or **60 min early with 2 assistants
- 100-150 people: 1.5 hours early, assuming you’ll have 2 assistants
- 150+ people: 2 hours early, assuming you’ll have 2-3 assistants
Leave at least 15 minutes earlier than you think you need for for onsite events, to account for traffic, parking, and checking in. We'd rather pay you more for arriving early than have you arrive late and delay the party!
Being late to an event is considered UNACCEPTABLE.
- However, if you hit a snag and are running late: contact the customer right away. Reaching out to the customer directly instead of PTT will help avoid any delays in communication.

Please note, arriving late and causing delayed starts will exclude you from that month's Bonus Program. So try to avoid it!
